​"Since turning Pro in 1997; I've been privileged to help countless golfers of all skill levels achieve their goals; I've won professional golf events at county, regional and national level; and travelled the world playing golf, meeting some fascinating people.

It's my contention a worthwhile coach finds out what his pupil wants to get from playing golf, and understands how to help them get it. It's not for me to decide what my pupil wants to get from the game - I simply adapt my style to suit each golfer's circumstances...just as a golfer adapts to play the shot required.

Improving at golf is often challenging, as your coach I'll provide encouragement and keep you going -the secret to success!. Improvement is more than your Technique (or swing style): Your Attitude; Equipment; Playing Strategy; and Physique; are all influencers. Unquestionably we'll need a healthy mutual understanding of these factors, if we are to reach your desired destination.

We all admire the players we see making golf look so easy on TV -I grew up playing and competing with former World No.1, and 2023 European Ryder Captain, Luke Donald, so I know the commitment it takes to be the best around. The majority of golfers, and therefore the majority of my pupils, are recreational golfers, who I cannot expect to devote hours and hours to development...so I'm well used to them coming to me seeking the kind of training and wisdom that means they don't have to!"
